Who we are
BXM Transportation Company Inc moves regional and long-haul freight across the Western United States and operates BXM Freight Intelligence, the subscription software platform described on this site.
Our yard and offices sit at 2210 Merced Ave in South El Monte, twelve miles east of downtown Los Angeles and inside the drayage radius of the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach. That location is why the platform exists: our dispatch desk spent hours every day reconciling terminal appointment systems, carrier status emails and driver phone calls into one answer for a customer who only wanted to know when their freight would arrive.
We built the internal tool first. The shippers we hauled for kept asking whether they could log in and check for themselves, so in 2024 we opened it as a product. It is priced as software, sold as software, and supported by the same people who run the trucks.

Operators first
Every field in the product exists because a dispatcher asked for it. We do not ship features we would not use on our own loads.
Honest data
When a carrier feed goes quiet we say so, with the timestamp of the last confirmed update. A stale status presented as fresh is worse than no status.
Answerable support
Support is staffed from South El Monte, Monday to Friday, 6am to 6pm Pacific. You reach a person who understands freight, not a ticket queue.
