What counts as a lookup?
Every plan uses the same simple meter, so your bill never surprises you.

Unused lookups do not roll over. If you exceed your monthly allowance, additional lookups are billed at $0.06 each and appear as a separate line on your next invoice. We email you at 80% and 100% of your allowance so nothing is a surprise.
Billing questions
How am I charged?
Checkout and recurring billing are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. BXM Transportation Company Inc never sees or stores your full card number. Your statement will show BXMTRADING.COM.
Can I cancel?
Yes — cancel at any time from the billing portal or by emailing us. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it will not renew. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Do you offer a trial?
The sample dataset on our Live Lookup page is open to everyone with no account. For a live pilot against your own references, email [email protected] and we will set up a 14-day evaluation workspace.
Which currencies and cards?
All charges are in US dollars. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, plus US bank debit through Stripe. Annual plans can also be invoiced on net-30 terms above $2,000.
